History&ExperienceI started 25 years ago in Cincinnati, Ohio with land development, new home construction, rental and investment properties. In the early 80's when interest rates soared to 19%, I redirected my focus to commercial and residential rehab. This led me to becoming a Realtor. This is where I found my niche, doing the deals. Getting the most for my clients. Getting more for their money and/or more for less money. For me every deal is a new adventure, a new challenge, a new thrill of the hunt. I enjoy satisfying every customer and making every customer a friend.
