Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2013.
We have recently placed our house on the market with Robin as our listing agent. So far we have been happy with her expertise and help. We hope the market moves allowing us to see her in action as we sell the house.

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Millbrook, AL.
I worked with Robin to find a home to lease due to relocation from another city. I had a very limited window of time which to work with, and Robin was very responsive and worked quickly to accommodate my needs. She was a wealth of information, and made this process work smoothly from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in the future, and would highly recommend her services.

Sold a home in 2009.
After 6 months on the market with another realtor, we decided to relist our home with Robin. We based this decision solely on the fact that while our home was listed with the other agent, she had shown our home twice and both times left her business card on our kitchen counter. This seems like a small act but other agents weren't showing any courtesy to us at all and this little act made an impression on us. After listing with Robin our house immediately began to get showings. Within the first 2 weeks our house was shown more times than in the entire 6 months with the other agent. Robin reallys goes "above and beyond" to market and sell your home. While our house wasn't a high dollar house, Robin always made us feel like we were her number 1 priority. We will always use Robin for any future real estate transactions.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Prattville, AL.
We've dealt with Robin in both purchasing a house, and renting it out a few years later. Her professionalism is unparalleled, and she goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I've always felt 100% like she has our best interests at heart, never pushing us into one decision or another for her benefit like some other agents. Combine that consideration with her knowledge of this market and top notch negotiation skills, and you have an excellent agent on your side.

My husband and I were first time home buyers when we found Robin. She was very patient with us and we learned about the home buying process and was very knowledgeable. She was easy to get into contact with and was always happy to help us out with whatever we needed.
A few years after purchasing our home, we had an issue come up that we weren't sure how to handle. I called Robin, and not only did she remember us, she did not hesitate to help us out. Bought a home in 2011.
Robin went above and beyond to negotiate for my husband and me when we purchased a foreclosed home. Not only was the process lengthy and tedious, but we were first time homebuyers who had no clue what to do. She was very helpful and quick to respond and help whenever we needed her. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling!!!
