Howard has been a superior help in my family's home buying experience. He has worked extra hours when we needed him to and went above and beyond to find the right home for us. He responds quickly to calls/texts/emails with detailed answers to our questions and needs. We would highly recommend him to anyone! Thanks for all your hard work Howard!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Orem, UT.
Howard was awesome! He was prompt in returning all phone calls and spent countless hours searching for just the right home. I had much of the burden to look for homes alone since my husband is an OTR driver and wasn't available very often. Howard had some serious personal issues while he was helping me, but was consistently positive and sincere in his desire to help me find our home. I was very impressed with him and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in South Jordan, UT.
very patient and worked hard to find a home that met our needs. we had very specific requirements and a very narrow budget. made himself available when we were available to show homes and write the offers. proveded prompt feedback on inquiries about homes. he was willing to expand our search to outside his normal realm of expertise. was very honest when he didnt know an answer to a question but was quick to find an answer. was quick to get comparibles on properties we were interested in to make sure we were making an educated offer.

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 in Provo, UT.
Howard assisted my wife and I when buying our home. Our company relocated us, so we didn't much about Utah expect the research that we had done. He took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home and a community. He was very responsive when we called and always took the time to answer questions. Even after we purchased our home, Howard has kept in touch to see how we were settling in the area, if we had any questions, and even followed up on some questions we had about the home after we purchased. Howard never rushed our decision and never treated us as if we were just “another sale” to him. We highly recommend Howard to anyone looking for a home. We greatly appreciated his service, friendship, and honesty.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Springville, UT.
After working with an agent that was unresponsive and disorganized, my husband and I were about to give up on our home search and sign another lease. Then we contacted the Jared Fields' Real Estate Team and reached Howard. It was a huge relief to be working with someone who responded so quickly and was available to virtually any time. Howard Thruston and the Jared Fields' Real Estate Team listened to our wants and needs and found us numerous listings that fit. We looked at several properties and got honest opinions from Howard about the propery and the area. He wasn't just trying to make a commission and genuinely wanted us to find what we needed. Once we found out house, Howard Thruston and the Jared Fields' Real Estate Team went to bat for us. HUD had accepted our offer and then tried to back out of it but they were locked into contract with us and Howard was not about to let them out of it. You should have seen the emails between Howard Thruston and the Jared Fields' Real Estate Team and HUD! WAY TO GO HOWARD!!!!! Any real estate needs we have in Utah will go to Howard Thruston and the Jared Fields' Real Estate Team!

Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Lehi, UT.
Howard Thruston and the Jared Fields' Real Estate Team were great! Howard was extremely helpful and friendly, responding promptly to questions and making sure we saw the latest homes to appear on the market.
