I don't believe you can block a specific address on Zillow since the data they display is public info.
It's best to explain this situation to your Realtor. The Realtor should show you the other homes on the market for you to make a prudent decision. Whether you would like to stay and purchase your rental is understandable and your Realtor should understand that it may be an option you wish to pursue. Best of luck.
Real Estate Agents will have easy access to owner information on each specific property. The LA county assessor's website will only have general information to protect the privacy of the homeowner. The owner information is available to the public at the County Registrar-Recorders Office perhaps for a fee to the general public. This is public information.Hope this helpsHoward
No, the Zestimate is not a clear indicator of the market price. A lot of market variables are in play and cannot be represented in that figure. It's best to consult a Realtor for more details. Good luckHoward
In the State of California, Licensed Real Estate Agents are able to be loan officers as well. However, I have heard that there are more stringent rules regarding the loan process so loan officers have to pass other exams.

Hello, The best way would be to claim your property and edit any pertinent details. You would have a couple of weeks for systems to update. If you still see issues after 6 weeks, you can contact Zillow. Hope this helps, Howard
I think its a great idea to hire a buyer's agent or a couple. It's free and theres no obligation to you.Good luck!Howard
