Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Fords, NJ.
Hector was very receptive to helping me, and was very patient and always flexible with my schedule. Hector was honest and advised me appropriately during this house buying process. He is trustworthy and listened to my needs, and worked with me in finding the place of my families choice. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a place to live.

Hector is a fantastic person and very knowledgeable real estate agent. Through his diligence and hard work, he made this a very painless experience. As problems arose, he was able to negotiate solutions through compromise between buyer and seller. I would highly recommend him as either a buyer's representative or seller's representative.

Bought a home in 2012.
After a long jurney of two years and working with a quite few realtors we closed on our house on October 22, 2012. I can say if I have to do this again Hector Burac would be the realtor that I would choose again. Hector is very knowlegable, professional and very patient. He was very helpful and always prompt with the appointments. Even when the property was under contract I asked Hector to see the property again because a couple of my friends wanted to see it. As always Hector with no hesitation set the appointment. We love our house and we are looking to live there for a long time. Thank you Hector for your hard work and patience.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in North Brunswick, NJ.
My family and I met Mr. Hector Burak in 2003. He came to our home that we decided to put up for sale. Hector gave us his opinion on a sale price and we went with it. I remember he invited numerous agents to our home for a walk through. Many of them didn't think we would get an offer at the listed price. With in a month offers started coming in and our home was sold. At the same time we were fielding offers to sell a home, Hector also was assisting us with purchasing a new home. This was something that I nor my family had ever experienced. Having Hector involved made the transition a smooth success!!! Then in 2004 Hector assisted us in purchasing 2 additional homes as an investment properties. We also asked Hector to assist in finding tenants for the 2 investment properties. So helped us sell 1house and purchase 3 houses.
When we decided to sell the 2 investment properties; we called Hector! He's currently working on them now.

Sold a Single Family home in 2003 for approximately $300K in Monmouth Junction, NJ.
We bought our house 9 years ago and are still very happy with the purchase. We were very lucky to find such an outstanding realtor agent as Hector. When we first started looking for homes, we had a terrible experience with another realtor. This person would schedule appointments with us without notifying the homeowners. You can’t imagine how embarrassing it was to walk into someone else’s home, in the middle of dinner. We kept looking for competent agencies/agents and luckily found Hector.
Hector’s fine analytical skills, professionalism and kindness helped us throughout the process. It only took him one visit to our house at that time to figure out our family’s style and needs. Hector is a very patient and organized person who values and respects your time. Hector didn’t mind showing and giving us a walkthrough of the potential houses twice being that we had children. I would check the house first, while my husband waited in the car with the kids, then my husband would check. Hector became our best ally. He is a very honest person and a trustworthy agent. He has great knowledge of the local areas, helps you find the perfect fit, doesn’t push to make a decision, and gives space and freedom to weigh the pros and cons. Hector was always there for questions, and assisted us during the negotiation. Additionally, Hector speaks fluent Spanish which helped us understand some of the technicalities. Hector’s ultimate goal is to make you happy with your purchase. And that is exactly what happened to us.

Hector is a highly motivated professional agent and extremely knowledgeable in Real estate market. In my experience regarding purchasing an investment property He worked diligently to provide me with necessary information and knowledge in order to make the purchase a smooth transaction. He is also very knowledgeable in the area of mortgage arena and helped me tremendously in order to secure necessary loan for my investment property. I consider him a man of integrity and honesty whom they are hard to come by now a days. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in Real estate for investment or personal aspect.
