Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in North Easton, MA.
Kathy listed and helped to sell our home in Easton MA. She was extremely professional and knowledgable about today's real estate market and helped us price our home competitively, yet reasonably. She gave great advice throughout the process and even helped us to find temporary housing. This was necessary as her excellent marketing skills enabled us to sell our home in only 2 weeks in a very difficult market.
Kathy attended every inspection and communicated all feedback to us in an extremely timely fashion. She was also very proactive in pointing out any areas of the home that could be improved upon to make it more appealing and make the selling process go smoother. She was always there to represent us and protect our interests.
We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and qualified real estate professional.

Kathy worked tirelessly with me over 6 months to allow me to transition successfully into a wonderful home in the perfect town. As I was moving in from out of state and not familiar with the Boston area, Kathy provided me with a myriad of options to consider -- whittling those down as she began to know my tastes and location preferences. She also went "above and beyond" in helping me secure a rental property for a short period of time while waiting for my previous home to sell.

Kathy patiently worked with us for over 2 years while we wavered on when and where to move. She spent many weekends traveling with us and showing us numerous properties. She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, very adept at pinpointing current market prices and a blast to work with. When we found our perfect home she answered all our questions, walked us through all the steps, and we closed on our new home without a hitch. I highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy in the Easton area and beyond.
