Ian was our realtor on two occasions. In 2008 he spent many weekends with us looking for the perfect weekend beach house in Ormond by the Sea, which we found. Three years later in 2011 we enlisted his expertise in finding us a "permanent" home in Flagler Beach. The house was a short sale and Ian was very knowledgeable about that process and provided us with accurate information in what to expect. Purchasing a home in an out of town area - with a limited budget, yet with very specific needs was challenging. However, working with Ian was a great experience. He knew the local area extensively and knew the details behind the homes. After a lot of searching, I was able to purchase a great house - sight unseen - via the internet! Ian was more than happy to go to a home, take videos and do a walk through, and give me his impression of the home's condition. After I closed on a house, Ian even went the extra mile to recommend contractors. I now have an adorable vacation home near the beach that has increased in value (Ian helped negotiate a fantastic deal). Hard working, professional, patient, and a keen ability to understand his client's needs is the best way to describe Ian.…More Less
