Francesco Cacucciolo carries with him a very impressive construction back round in home building. His exceptional market knowledge of property is unmatched. Together he brings his much needed expertise to your home buying experience. Unlike most Realtors who will mask defects in the property just to sell it to you. Francesco will point out both the good and the bad of each property. For example: He could have sold me one of the two properties that I fell in love with based on my untrained eye for construction mistakes and future market value forecasting. He pointed out the masked flaws that could have buried me in financial ruin down the road. As we moved on to see more houses he was able to help find the perfect home. He is so detailed in his critique of each house: from the grade of the land, to the structure of the house, and all of the amenities in the area that will justify a market increase in the future. Needless to say, we are very grateful to have been able to work with the most professional and honest Realtor.

The process went very smooth. The Infinity team of Reality Professionals make it a very seamless transition.

We couldn't say nicer things about this team. Jerry listened to what we were looking for, really listened, and knocked it out of the park pretty quickly. He was patient, didn't up sell, and got all our must haves under one roof. He put us in touch with Stella, our lawyer, who was quick to respond, worked aggressively on our behalf, and was a joy at closing. Jerry also helped us by referring us to Vito at Inland Mortgage who was equally quick to respond, navigated a challenging closing situation and got us a great rate to boot!

Really a wonderful team; we will be referring them to anyone who mentions they are looking!

As soon as we contacted them, our search was immediately set up. Anytime we showed interest, we were contacted right away asking if we wanted to go see the property. When we wanted to view a property, they were able to bring us that day.

Being that we are new homeowners, we had many questions. They were always right there to answer any questions, emails and most importantly give us great advice. You can tell they actually care about their clients and it's not about just making the sale.

Another part of working with Infiniti that we loved and that made it so easy is that everyone you need, they have available. Our realtor, loan processor were both located at 601 W Army Trail in Addison & then they referred us to an amazing attorney! She is not located in their office but she was just as accessible and easy to talk to. For her too, we had many questions and she was always right there to explain everything!

I can't stress enough how amazing they were to work with and how happy we are that we went through Infiniti!!!

I want to thank Francesco and Jerry from Infiniti Realtors Group ,601 W Army Trail Blvd Addison IL. I purchased a condo and everything went really well and even used the attorney and a painter they recommended. Both of them are very professional.
