    Stan is an expert in the industry and actually certifies home inspectors. Stan's home inspection reports are very detailed and informative. I have saved tens of thousands of dollars when negotiating with builders and sellers based on the findings in Stan's inspection reports.     Inspection service.
    Very Professional service--extremely thorough,unlike many "inspections"--will check evrything--- will give you ideas on things that could go wrong and may need addressing later, plus things that are wrong, ie dont work, not within code etc.He'll check outside stuff like decks too.Very punctual,responsive.Plus Stan is very personable and easy to talk too in language a layman will understand…More Less

    Inspectors Associates was formed in 1995 and is in the business of inspecting residential and small commercial properties. All phases of an inspection are performed including new construcion from breaking ground, to rough in, to the finished home.

    Stan A. Garnet is an IRC code-certified residential and commercial combination inspector, certified by ICC # 5188291-R5, and is an "ASHI Certified Inspector", member of MAIA, and ICC.

    Stan is CEO of Inspectors Associates, Inc. a residential and commercial property inspection business and the creative force behind the SEE-THRU-HOUSE.  We Teach House Institute, the education division of Inspectors Associates, specializes in training property inspectors in the ASHI Home Inspection System, NHIE preparation and the International Building Codes. We Teach House™ Institute is also approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to present continuing education programs for real estate agents. Stan, a former PR director and 7 year past member of GAHI, The Georgia Association of Home Inspectors, a former PR director for ASHI Georgia and a former member of the PR committee for ASHI National, holds a teaching certificate from Lakeshore Teachers College, Toronto Canada. Stan's Inspection business is licensed in the City of Roswell.
