Stan is an expert in the industry and actually certifies home inspectors. Stan's home inspection reports are very detailed and informative. I have saved tens of thousands of dollars when negotiating with builders and sellers based on the findings in Stan's inspection reports. Stan is also an excellent resource when working on home improvement projects. You get what you pay for and more when it comes to Inspector Associates. Stan is always quick to respond.

Inspection service.
Very Professional service--extremely thorough,unlike many "inspections"--will check evrything--- will give you ideas on things that could go wrong and may need addressing later, plus things that are wrong, ie dont work, not within code etc.He'll check outside stuff like decks too.Very punctual,responsive.Plus Stan is very personable and easy to talk too in language a layman will understand
