Bought a Vacant Land home in 2012 for approximately $100k in Richmond, VA.

We were looking to purchase our first home and we chose Integrity Choice Realty to help us find one. Our agent was Ryan Carroll. It took many months of searching and looking at many homes before we found exactly what we wanted.Ryan was there every step of the way to guide us through with everything. There were a few times where would we go to the office at 7pm or later to write an offer. I really appreciate his commitment and hard work in finding us a home. Bought a home in 2010.

Summary:

We bought our first home with Integrity Choice Realty. We will continue to use them in the future as they were extremely efficient at finding us exactly what we needed. We had certain ideas of a home we wanted and after being shown 2 and explaining to Ryan what we needed, he came up with 6 more style of homes that we were looking for. Not only did we have choices of homes in the area we wanted and they were also in the price range that we wanted. Ryan was extremely quick at getting us what we wanted and negotiated the deal for us.
