Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Glen Allen, VA.
My fiance and I sold our homes and bought a new home. The Integrity Choice team helped us along the way, from dealing with lowball offers on our old houses to negotiating with the sellers of our new home when surprises came up in the process. No problems recommending Integrity Choice.

I purchased my first home with Integrity Choice and chose to use them again for our second home. Ken and Janet make a wonderful team. They were very accommodating to fit our busy schedules and made themselves available whenever we needed them. We had very strict requirements in our housing search and they were able to find us many homes to view that fit the bill. In the end, Ken and Janet were able to use their excellent negotiating skills to help us get the home that we wanted. Ken and Janet were also very willing to help explain everything and answer any questions that we had about the whole process. We purchased a home that was a short sale and Ken was very diligent about following up and pushing to get our contract approved and closed in a timely manner. They also have many wonderful contacts in the industry that are wonderful to work with. Using their contacts also helps create a good, efficient team and helps everything run smooth in the home buying process.
We still use them as a resource for their expertise and knowledge even though we're not currently in the housing market.
