We were looking to purchase our first home and we chose Integrity Choice Realty to help us find one. Our agent was Ryan Carroll. It took many months of searching and looking at many homes before we found exactly what we wanted.Ryan was there every step of the way to guide us through with everything. There were a few times where would we go to the office at 7pm or later to write an offer. I really appreciate his commitment and hard work in finding us a home. Ryan was very proffesional and friendly!. Overall I am very very satisfied with Ryan Carroll and Integrity Choice Realty and I would recommend them to anyone.

The whole Integrity Choice team became like family to us during the whole selling and buying process. If I ever had a question or concern, Ryan, Ken or Gloria were there to help us every step of the way. It's a really difficult time to sell a house right now and they navigated us through the murky waters! I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house right now.

Bought a home in 2010.Summary:
We bought our first home with Integrity Choice Realty. We will continue to use them in the future as they were extremely efficient at finding us exactly what we needed. We had certain ideas of a home we wanted and after being shown 2 and explaining to Ryan what we needed, he came up with 6 more style of homes that we were looking for. Not only did we have choices of homes in the area we wanted and they were also in the price range that we wanted. Ryan was extremely quick at getting us what we wanted and negotiated the deal for us. He also negoiated all the repairs that needed to be done before we moved in. We are 100% satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
I was a property virgin looking to buy my first home. I had been in touch with other agents but didn't feel comfortable until I started working with Integrity Choice Realty. Not only was Ryan patient with me while we looked at nearly 30 different properties, he pointed out things I would have otherwise missed and gave me his professional opinions on the properties we looked at. This family-run company is excellent, and I will recommend them to friends should they start looking to buy or sell a property.

We have used Integrity Choice Realty a number of times now, as well as have referred at least 3 other close friends to them - and their performance based on our expectations has been impeccable. We are currently using them to search for land for us (which we have been on the hunt for now going on 3 years) - they never tire of our calls and inquiries, and are extremely proactive in providing us with unsolicited updates! Our home was listed at an appropriate price, and it showed - as it sold very quickly.
They are very responsive and overall a joy to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future with ANY real estate needs/questions, and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

It was great working with Ken Carroll and the Integrity Choice Realty team. Ken sold our house in a nonexistent market for a reasonable price. Ken's methodical, numbers-based based approach to finding the right selling price in hindsight was correct at every point in the process. In fact, if the seller (i.e. me) wasn't so stubborn, it's probable we would have sold our house sooner. Ken was available night and day for questions and put us at ease as first time sellers.

Ryan Carroll with Integrity Choice Realty was a joy to work with! My husband an I wanted to buy our first home and we contacted Integrity Choice Realty to help us with that! I personally have known Janet, Ken, and Ryan Carroll for 10 plus years and I knew they would help me to the best of their ability! My husband and I found a house in Cumberland, Virginia that we were really interested in. Ryan went all the way out to Cumberland to let us look at the home! We fell in love with it the first time we set our eyes on it! So, we told Ryan we wanted it and he made it happen! With all the paperwork, inspections, and details, Ryan helped us work through it all with no complaints and with a smiling face. We are so happy that we decided to go with Integrity Choice Realty because we couldn't have done it without them. It took a little over two months to close, but it was well worth it! Ryan fought tooth and nail to get us the best in everything that he could! We very much appreciate it and are very happy and comforable in our new home knowing that we got the best deal that we could have got! Our experience with Integrity Choice Realty was truly outstanding. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and they know the market very well. We interviewed three different realtors, and Ken and Janet Carroll at Integrity Choice blew the competition away. We were looking to sell our house and relocate in the local area, and we're still pretty amazed at how painless it was! We had a contract on our old house in about a month, and found our new home about a week later. From the quality of the published listing, to the handling of negotiations, they are strictly first class. We had been in the same house for over twenty years, and they literally taught us what we needed to do to sell our house. And then Janet was a joy to work with searching for our new home!
