Sold a home in 2013.
This was a great company to work with. We had lots of showings and several offers. They kept us up to date on everything. They took excellent pictures that really showed off our house nicely. The house sold alot faster than we expected. This is a five star realty company. Our thanks to Janet and Ken.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Sandston, VA.
ICR was our third attempt at selling in a very tough market. Janet & Ken got our house sold in 28 Days! They should have been first. Everything from the staging contact to the repair company they recommended was great. We even saved on the commission. Communication was excellent. Everything was as easy and stress free as we wanted.

Sold a home in 2010.
We met Janet Carol through another referral. Janet came out to our house and from the first meeting until the time we closed and even after we closed she made sure we were taken care of. Her professionalism was outstanding and she always kept us in the loop of what was going on. She made great suggestions that made a tremendous impact on how our house was presented to prospective buyers.This was key in selling our home and Janet made it happen quickly. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Midlothian, VA.
My house had been on the market a year prior to my signing with Integrity Choice. Few people had viewed the house and no one made an offer to buy it. The house was 30+ years old with lots of special features and upgrades. In my inital interview with the agent we discussed the real estate market, their working relationship with clients and their strategy for selling the house. Within a day of the listing being placed on their website, I had a viewing and an offer. Although this sale didn't work out, my agents were optimistic and provided the support I needed to get through this issue. Within the next few months, many people viewed my home. My realtors always provided me with advanced notice of the viewing taking into consideration my schedule and supplied me with the necessary feedback after the viewing. They were always available to answer questions or to handle my concerns. When a contract was finally submitted, they were able to negotiate a price that was reasonable to both parties. Their friendly, patient, and caring help in locating a new residence - a perfect match for my needs - was additionally appreciated. I would highly recommend Integrity Choice Realty to anyone desiring to sell their home.l

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ryan Carroll at Integrity Choice Realty. My husband and I recently relocated to Virginia from Arizona 10 months ago. Not knowing the real estate market very well on the east coast, we were lucky to have found Ryan!
Ryan worked above and beyond to meet our every need and was very accommodating with my husbands intense work schedule. Ryan was very knowledgable about the most desirable places to live and the housing areas that had the highest resale value. This young man is definitely on the ball!! Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Mechanicsville, VA.
Janet and Ken worked tirelessly to get my house sold, and Janet and I had a great time finding another house. She was very helpful in considering the pros and cons of my purchase.
Ken is the tough negotiator! He's the one you want on your side when a low offer is made on your property.

Sold a home in 2012.
Ken and his staff were extremely responsive and helpful right from the beginning. Ken's advice on everything was great from getting the house ready to sell to pricing and negotiating. He recommended contractors to do some work before the listing and to remedy some items found on the inspection. The contractors were all top notch people who did a great job in a timely manner. He kept us informed during all steps of the process via phone calls, emails and texts. Our house had an offer the first day it was listed and negotiations were completed in just a few more days - unheard of in this market. We've never had such great service from a Realtor.
