My house had been on the market a year prior to my signing with Integrity Choice. Few people had viewed the house and no one made an offer to buy it. The house was 30+ years old with lots of special features and upgrades. In my inital interview with the agent we discussed the real estate market, their working relationship with clients and their strategy for selling the house. Within a day of the listing being placed on their website, I had a viewing and an offer. He recommended contractors to do some work before the listing and to remedy some items found on the inspection. The contractors were all top notch people who did a great job in a timely manner. He kept us informed during all steps of the process via phone calls, emails and texts. Our house had an offer the first day it was listed and negotiations were completed in just a few more days - unheard of in this market. We've never had such great service from a Realtor.
