Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in The Fan, Richmond, VA.
The Integrity Group sold my property in the Fan District in Richmond, Virginia. I had previously listed this property with two other real estate groups,for over 18 months, with no success. Integrity sold my property within 4 months for a fair price that we had previously agreed upon. They also successfully negotiated the inclusion of my furniture in the deal, which would have been a logistical nightmare for me, since i don't live in the area. In addition, they are very nice people with which to deal, with no hidden agendas. I would definitely use them again, and whole heartedly recommend them.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Glendale, AZ.
We had a difficult property that was on the market for over a year before we listed with Integrity Choice. Our property was under contract in less than 2 months for a fair price and proceeded to close on time. From the pricing and marketing of the property through closing, they consistently demonstrated their expertise, desire and abiltiy to sell our property. Integrity Choice remained responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Their good attitude, dedication and knowledge were instrumental in the sale of our property, and we would highly recommend them.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Oxford, Richmond, VA.
I am a real estate investor who buys and sells homes and land a few times a year. Integrity Choice Realty has been instrumental in helping me make money by assuring that the deals I engage in are worthwhile. Ken has always been available to discuss properties and improvements , and has been incredibly helpful in connecting me with subcontractors. Ken has mad negotiation skills - he will get you the best deal he can, whether you are buying or selling. While looking at potential properties, I have written contract after contract with Ryan, who goes out of his way to show me everything I might be interested in. Though I haven't worked with Janet, she is always quick to share her information on homes I might be interested in. The office staff are quick to help in anyway they can. The overall experience has been awesome. I would highly recommend this company to investors as well as anyone who is looking for the best service and the best deal. I won't work with another company!

In the past 10 years I've dealt with a numer of realty companies and Integrity Choice is the first I have used more than once. They are genuine. They truely care about their clients on a personal and business manner. They worked hard to market my house and to give me the feedback needed to sell my homes. Their honesty gave me the opportunity to sell my home quickly. Through the negotiation process, my best interest was kept in the forefront.

My house presented some challenges, being older in a saturated market. Despite this Ken and Janet of Integrity Choice kept people coming through the door. We average over 3 showings a week throughout the time we were on the market. They cared about us and fought for both the house we were selling and the house we were buying. I am glad I went with Integrity Choice.

We were looking to purchase our first home and we chose Integrity Choice Realty to help us find one. Our agent was Ryan Carroll. It took many months of searching and looking at many homes before we found exactly what we wanted.Ryan was there every step of the way to guide us through with everything. There were a few times where would we go to the office at 7pm or later to write an offer. I really appreciate his commitment and hard work in finding us a home. The whole Integrity Choice team became like family to us during the whole selling and buying process. If I ever had a question or concern, Ryan, Ken or Gloria were there to help us every step of the way. It's a really difficult time to sell a house right now and they navigated us through the murky waters! I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house right now.

Bought a home in 2010.
We bought our first home with Integrity Choice Realty. We will continue to use them in the future as they were extremely efficient at finding us exactly what we needed. We had certain ideas of a home we wanted and after being shown 2 and explaining to Ryan what we needed, he came up with 6 more style of homes that we were looking for. Not only did we have choices of homes in the area we wanted and they were also in the price range that we wanted. Ryan was extremely quick at getting us what we wanted and negotiated the deal for us. He also negoiated all the repairs that needed to be done before we moved in. We are 100% satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
