Kathy tells us that her favorite part of being a real estate agent is not the commission check, but rather "helping each client fulfill their real estate needs, for buyers finding their ideal home, for sellers, getting their ideal asking price in the shortest amount of time." Kathy gives the first-time home buyer this piece of advice, "Go to a local lender and discuss all the options, educate themselves in the lending and home buying process and get prequalified before beginning their search for the ideal home."
