Kathy is very competent and dedicated to her clients. She went above and beyond to help us purchase a house and we were very pleased with her work. She is readily available to her clients and is very helpful. She makes the whole process as easy and painless as possible. You cannot go wrong working with Kathy, she is a thorough professional.

It was Great. We were constantly amazed at the professionalism, hard work, knowledge and extreme helpfulness she provided to us. As a matter of fact we have already recommended her to Bill's sister. If anyone is ever in the market to buy or sell in the Storm Lake area, we will always recommend Kathy! She is still helping us and we have closed! The best experience in buying a home we have ever had! We would love to have her over for dinner. . . as soon as we get settled!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Alta, IA.
Kathy Holstein was the agent who was given the job of selling the building at 115 Main , Alta . She was very pleasant to work with , and very professional . Within 2 days from when she first showed us the building , the deal was done . She was very organized , and due to that , was able to put the deal together quickly . We also dealt with Kathy when we were interested in an acreage north of Alta . On two seperate occasions , both Saturdays , she came up so we could take a look at the property , and when we had questions she didn't have the answer for , she was on the phone and got the answers for us . I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell .

Kathy helped my husband and I buy a busness in Alta, Iowa. I would recommend Kathy to anyone that is looking to buy a business or a home. Kathy answered all our questions and if she did not know an answer she found it out. Kathy also was helping us out when we were thinking of buying a home in late 2009. She met us at the house on more then one occasion. I selected home in the service provided because the did not have business their.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Schaller, IA.
kathy worked with us for over 2 years and throughout that entire time she never once failed to return a call-- was always there with honest, up front avdice and guidance. In the end we ended up buying a house that was more or less for sale by owner but convinced the seller to list it with Kathy and we paid MORE for the house than the asking price to ensure she had a commission. That is how good she was-- and how pleased we were with her service.
If you want an agent dedicated to you as a buyer, I would highly recommend Kathy. I'm sure the same can be said if you were selling.
We put in an offer and closed on our house in less than a month. We also closed on the date we picked when we put our offer in. I would attribute the ease and smoothness of the whole process in part to Kathy's work. We couldn't have had a better experience in purchasing our first home.
