Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Johnston, IA.
I am from the Twin Cities and was not able to travel to DSM to look at the homes, including the home we ended up purchasing prior to making the offer. Jon worked with my niece who lived locally and kept me informed via phone, email and text. The entire process worked out great. I arrived in DSM the day before closing, did the walk through and closed the next morning. Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 in Grimes, IA.
My experience with Jon Smith has been one that I can say was great. Once I decided to purchase a home closer to my children. I found Jon on the Internet. I signed up and he continuously sent me update via internet on home in the location that I wanted to find a home. Once I decided on a home he worked with me on all aspects of purchasing a home. He advised me on the many aspects of purchasing a property, and was there for the pre inspections and post inspection. Since I am a transportation consultant, and on location in McKinney, TX. Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Ankeny, IA.
Jon was awesome to work with. We experienced quite a bit of turbulence from factors out of our control and Jon stuck with it and got the job done. Thanks Jon!
