Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275k in Port Orchard, WA.Summary:
We enjoyed working with Carrie for the most part. We were first time home buyers and Carrie was patient and helpful. She gave us valuable advice and things to keep in mind when looking at houses. The house we put an offer on was a short sale and she was great with working things out and constantly finding out what needed to be done next. Things went very smoothly. The one concern we had was the care and attention we received was only adequate. Our price range was around the 200's and we felt that she was used to and preferred to work with higher end homes, but she was still accommodating.…More Less
