Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Isle of Normandy, Miami Beach, FL.
Ivonne was a delight to work with. She was extremely knowledgable, helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. Her ability to listen to her clients needs is only exceeded by her dedication in seeing that those needs are met. I look forward to working with her again and would highly recommend her professional service to anyone.

Bought a home in 2012.
We have started to look for properties with Ivonne three years ago.
She has provided us on a weekly base with updated listings for objects in the neighborhoods and price range we were intrested in.
We have looked at several houses and apartments within this time frame.
Ivonne has always been a responsive, trustfull, and professional source of support patiently giuding us throughout the entire process. Her knowledge and skills are extraordinary and at the end of the day have made us home owners!

Found a tenant for a Condo home in Bal Harbour, FL.
Ivonne Arana started helping us with renting our apartment in Florida last year. This is a family owned property and has been a bit difficult for Ivonne to work in between the family visits. I believe this year we have become a little more serious with a rental schedule and Ivonne has been more aggesive with marketing the apartment. She has definately taken the time to make sure people that are interested in renting are the kind that would take care of the apartment. We live on the west coast and it is a pleasure knowing that we have someone that we trust to manage the rental process of the proptery.

Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Bal Harbour, FL.
Ivonne Arana is a very dedicated realtor, easy to work with and a great communicator. She is very diligent and knowledgable;she made sure I knew what was going on at all times...and advised me of all the steps in selling my properties. I am so glad I chose Ivonne as my realtor, the process went very smoothly..I couldn't have done it without her! She worked really hard to get my properties sold in a timely manner. Ivonne is an outgoing and friendly person, and she is very good at what she does! I highly recommend Ivonne Arana as a realtor!

Bought a home in 2010.
I highly recommend Ivonne Arana. I have worked with many agents over the years, and none compare to the quality of service I experienced with Ivonne. She encouraged me to go for my ideal home, when I didn't believe it could happen. She found the property, effectively negotiated on my behalf, and guided me through the entire process. Ivonne helped me move into a dream that I never thought possible... and then she supported me in finding investment property!
