Isabelle Williams & Associates is GREAT! I picked her from an online search of HUD approved professionals. Two words to describe Isabelle: Transparency and Integrity.

I was first to purchase a HUD home under HUD’s new policies, procedures and new contractors, to include, a unique HUD purchase program. There were so many stakeholders in the mix, from various states, that it was mind boggling to this first-time homebuyer.

Unequivocally, Isabelle’s assertiveness, persistence, professionalism, leadership and expertise held the multiple layers of entities and persons involved in the process accountable. Thanks to Isabelle, I was able to close on schedule: Valentines Day. Instead of sitting at a romantic dinner table with her Valentine, Isabelle was sitting at the closing table with the title company and me.

Isabelle Williams & Associates is a busy operation; nevertheless, Isabelle was always attentive to my phone calls, texts, and emails. In addition, she had an arsenal of highly qualified inspectors, contractors, etc… I highly recommend Isabelle Williams & Associates.
