I cannot say enough to recommend Jackie Dean. Her professionalism and calming demeanor are extremely helpful during the stressful process of selling and buying a home. Jackie spent over two years helping us find our dream home and was endlessly patient with us throughout that time. Once we had found the right house, she sold our home in two weeks! Her knowledge of the area is exceptional and she is extremely organized. Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $650K in El Dorado Hills, CA.Summary:
We did three transactions with Jackie in July of 2007. We sold a condo and a house and then used the money to move into a larger property. Trying to sale two properties at the same time we purchased a third obviously presented some timing complications, but Jackie was up to the challenge. She helped us prepare the two properties for sale, and even brought in someone to assist with staging. The condo sold pretty quickly, but our main home ended up taking longer than expected to sale due to the slowing real estate market. Jackie did repeated open houses for us to get traffic up. However, she really went above and beyond when she took charge of some work to update the property while we were out on vacation. She work with an expert to decide what changes would have the most impact and then coordinated multiple vendors to put some new shutters on the front of the house, add a few plants and trees in the back yard, install new carpet and do some touch up paining. This ALL happened when we were on vacation. It is a testament to our confidence in Jackie that we would allow her to do this while we were away, and obviously shows a level of commitment rarely found in agents. In all, Jackie helped us through a very busy and stressful time and we are very appreciative for her support. As amazing as the support was during the transactions I’ve been even more impressed with her post-purchase support. She has helped us with questions, recommendations and helped pulled comps for tax assessment purposes. She also stops by regularly to drop a little something off and catch up. We highly recommend Jackie to anyone who asks and this has led to two other families we know buying and selling homes with her. All have had similar experiences.…More Less
