Showed home in 2013 in Terrace Park, Tampa, FL 33617.
I was coming to Temple Terrace for a high level interview and sent out several emails to several realtors that were members of the chamber of commerce. Jackie was the only one that responded and even when she knew I was just trying to get a feel for the local real estate market to take into consideration in the event I received a offer of employment, she was right on top of it and met with me on the weekend (Sunday!) to show me several houses that fit the general description that I sent her of the home we lived in, and also showed me the different areas of town. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Seffner, FL.
Jackie has helped me with several of my mortgage clients as well as the purchase of my own home.Her care and concern for her clients makes her the best advocate they could have in a real estate transaction. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Lithia, FL.
Jackie was so very helpful in the real estate process. She was so patient with us as we searched for the just the right place. She always seemed cheerful to take us house-hunting, even on the weekends and evenings, since we work late hours. She brought homes to our attention that we would not have considered. One of these homes we fell in love with! We were so glad to have her as our realtor in the negotiation for the home. On the day of our closing, she must have made fifty phone calls to ensure everything went smoothly and on-time.
