We love Jackie!!! She got our house sold QUICK from Listing to Sold in 3 Months!!! She was such a blessing to us. We wanted to get our house sold as quickly as possible yet for a fair price. We interviewed several Real Estate Agents, and the minute we met Jackie we knew she was the one! She is so warm, friendly and LISTENS to what you need. She was very knowledgeable about the area and put together a market analysis to help us determine a fair price to list our home. She made many recommendations for us to consider. She told us if we do these things the house would sell quickly. We listed our house at the worst time possible - in the fall right before the Holidays, plus in this bad market we knew we needed to do what she said. Her Team is incredible too! She recommended Staging the Home. Her Stager Wendy was AMAZING!!! She modernized our antique style to appeal to the masses. We had to paint several rooms too... but paint is cheap. Next was the "atmosphere" of the house when Buyers walk through it. She told us to turn on ALL the lights, open the blinds and have soft music playing. It was a lot of work to pack up things and get the house ready to be listed, but we did it. When we got calls from her Office to schedule an appointment to see the house, the Ladies in the Office were always so nice, friendly and Professional! Whenever we had questions for Jackie, she was always prompt to answer the phone, reply back by calling, text message or email. She always made us feel important like we were her only clients. We knew she had lots of other listings and clients she was showing houses too. Yet she always made time for us! I can't stop singing her praises! Jackie is truly the Best!!! Smart, Professional, Experienced, Knowledgeable, Kind, Caring, Compassionate, Enthusiastic! Would I recommend Jackie to a friend? Absolutely!!! I already did and will continue to do so. Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
What a phenomenal realtor! Jackie assisted us with the sale of our townhouse and the purchase of our new home. Jackie was incredibly quick to respond to any and all questions we had along the way (and we had ALOT).
She went above and beyond in so many ways. One example....our townhouse association had let the FHA approval of the community lapse. This was very detrimental to the sale of our townhouse as it eliminated many potential buyers that would be FHA loan borrowers. To attempt to remedy the situation, my husband and I planned to attend our association's bi-monthly meeting to petition the association to complete the paperwork and renew the FHA approval. Giving up her own free time, Jackie attended this meeting with us to explain just what having FHA approval means and how much it lowers the values of all the houses in the community by not having it. She answered all the questions the attending residents and board members had and even offered to answer any questions later that may have come up during the meeting.
What we loved best about Jackie is, while we know she had other clients, she always made us feel like we were her only clients, and she never made us feel like we were any less of a client because the house we were selling may have been less expensive than some of her other houses. We are now getting settled into our new house, and while we may not be purchasing another house anytime soon, we will be recommending Jackie to everyone we can for their real estate needs.…More Less

Kudos to our Realtor Ms. Jackie Reed. Our family needed to sell our home asap and of course sell at the best price. In this market we new this would be a uphill challenge. At our initial meeting we listened to Jackie and followed thru on all her professional suggestions, such as; scheduling her awesome Room Stager, Making sure we accommodate every showing, Always show our home in model like condition and many others. We listed in June of 2011 and closed in October 2011!!! And received fair market value for our home! On to the search for our new home. We sold our home so quickly that we needed to find our new perfect home ASAP. The clock was ticking...as many families can appreciate our time was precious so we chose 19 homes to view in ONE day! Jackie not only met the challenge but organized our route, confirmed and drove us to each and every showing....We fell in love with 2 homes that day.....decided on 1 and began the price war. Jackie handled this major task professionally and diligently always having our best interests in mind. Our 3rd offer was accepted and I am writing this welcomed review from my new home office. Jackie's knowledge of the Real Estate Market was so comforting to my husband and I. I don't know what the outcome would have been had we not hired Jackie as our Realtor....and I don't want to even go there. Can't thank Jackie enough for all her hard work.
