Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Hoffman Estates, IL.
Due to some personal reasons I had to sell my house ASAP. I met with a whole bunch of agents and ended up hiring Jackie. I worked with Jackie and the first day, first showing I had an offer. There were some issues that had to be taken care off before the closing and Jackie helped me tremendously throughout the process. She even helped me find a good closing attorney. She went over and beyond and helped me sell the house at a great price and in a very short time. I don't think I would have been able to sell the house this soon and at the price I got without her help. She is an amazing agent and I would very strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent. I had an awesome experience working with her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Streamwood, IL.
My husband and I are so happy we chose Jackie Reed to help us in renting our townhouse and finding our perfect dream home. As home owners, her advice and suggestions to spruce up our townhouse in order to attract renters was invaluable. Within a month we had two applications from people who wanted to rent it! As home buyers we received regular listings emailed to us with the specifications we were looking for in a house. After a few showings we found our dream home and Jackie acted fast in negotiating and getting us the best deal. We are confident in her abilities as a realtor and we know she has nothing but the best intentions for her clients. Now we are reaching our one year anniversary in our forever home and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Jackie! She works tirelessly and always gets the job done!

Sold a home in 2012.
Jackie went above and beyond helping me with the sale of my aunt's estate property. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the local market and how many viewings and offers we had. She made the process very easy for me and handled all the "bumps". Basically all I had to do was decide, show up and sign. Jackie is one of the sweetest and most sincere people I have encountered, and I have recommended her to my friends who are selling their rental property.

If you're looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy and works for you, then Jackie is your agent.
She helped me rent a home I inherited in Del Webb after my father passing earlier this year. Everyone thinks their home should sell/rent for what they paid for it, but in reality that just isn't true. Like most agents they give you comparable properties to match up with your own. Since Del Webb is so specific about their clientele, Jackie was able to find a renter for us within 2 weeks of the property being listed. Her response time is incredible!!!! Customer Service impecable!!! The greatest attribute Jackie possess is her honesty. She told me like it is, even if I didn't agree. She knows her stuff. Not many people can stay in any one industry for 18 years, but she has managed to do so.
I thank Jackie for all her help. When my kids start looking for a house, Jackie will be our first call.

Sold a home in 2012.
Jackie was always extremely responsive and willing to walk us through all the questions we had. She was also very realistic and right on the nose with the pricing of our house--which helped to manage our expectations and allowed us to sell our house in a, relatively, short amount of time.
Jackie was extremely thorough with all of the documentation process. She walked us through the details of all the paperwork and what we would have to do to prepare our home for renting. She explained how home showings would be scheduled with other realtors when prospective renters wanted to see the property.
Jackie was very responsive. She immediately answered all phone calls and emails and addressed all the concerns we had in those communications. She is very focused on her customer base and tending to their needs.
Jackie was super excellent in her negotiation skills in understanding the market, making honest property recommendations, yet still working hard for her client in getting the most at the final signing. Overall, we truly enjoyed working with Jackie and would recommend her to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent.
