Great Realtor! Incredibly knowledgeable with all aspects of real estate. Jamie makes you feel like you are her only client and really works hard to protect you throughout the entire process of selling your home. I know she would be fantastic in your search for a home too! I would recommend her to everyone as the best realtor in Birmingham.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Birmingham, AL.
We just closed on our home and I couldn't be happier with our experience. We recently moved to Birmingham site unseen and had to put a lot of trust in our agent. Jamie helped us understand the different communities, the real estate market here, and home values. She never pressured us to increase our price range, made herself very accessible, showed us tons of houses, helped us make aggressive offers to take advantage of the buyers' market, and consistently helped us understand the pros and cons of each house (older homes have unmatched character and unmatched challenges - so it was nice to have an expert on hand at each showing), and she was there for us when the sellers failed to uphold their end of the contract. We were very glad to have her on our side of the table. In brief, Birmingham is an interesting market and moving here can be a real challenge - but with a true real estate consultant like Jamie helping us out - we walked away thrilled with our new home knowing we made a solid investment.

Jamie Goff is hands down the best real estate agent in Birmingham. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I bought and sold twice last year and used her every time. I cannot say enough nice things about her.
You may be able to find information on the internet about houses and comps, but Jamie gives you the back story and knows the neighborhoods. In addition, she will be a valuable asset on your side during negotiations.
I know this sounds over the top, but Jamie really is that good.
