We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Davis, CA
I'm an agent in Davis, and never have I seen a realtor go so above and beyond for a client. Usually we're in intricate part of the closing process because insurance is always required. Jamie recently had a cash only home purchase. In talking with her client after escrow closing, she found out that they had not put together home insurance for their new property. Instead of just recommending that they put something together, and maybe handing off a phone number, Jamie drove her client to sign up for the insurance they needed (sitting in our office for 45 minutes patiently while the client was helped). Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Grande, Davis, CA.
We were directed to Jamie early in our search in Davis due to her great reputation and found her true to form. She stuck with us through a long process, we required alot of patience and hand-holding, plus quite a bit of creativity -- yet Jamie never gave up working hard for us through nearly a year of work. She was there every step of the way. While we knew she worked hard for us during the search, she particularly turned it on during the closing period and managed the process beautifully through a smooth closing.
