A lawyer Does have to have a Real Estate license to obtain a commission.  My wife passed the bar exam and is a licensed attorney, but also needed to take the California Broker exam to work as a Realtor.  However, she was exempt from several classes, and was able to take the Brokers exam without having to do the standard California R.E. exam.As always, it is a good idea to get a second opinion from you lawyer :)

I had the same issue. My thought is that it was a mapping issue.  I have tried to change it manually, but it will not let me???  Maybe delete the listing and start over.
