Bought a home in 2012.
Jane did a superb job as my buyer’s agent when purchasing a new condo in Manchester. My purchase was new construction so there were difficulties with the mortgage and insurance and she helped me through the difficulties and was extremely responsive in getting information required from the builder. She also was very knowledgeable in negotiating with the builder and contractor to make sure I got a good deal and lots of extras on the purchase. Given current market conditions, I knew there would be challenges ahead in both selling and working with financial institutions. Jane performed flawlessly, first by providing good research on pricing analysis for our property, then by setting up a successful showing which led to multiple offers and finally by effectively managing the logistics that come with the selling and negotiating process.
She was available at all times and was able to communicate with any media I chose. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional and committed Realtor.
