Janice was great to work with and helped me with the purchase of a short sale. She remained positive and proactive throughout the process and got things moving in the right direction when I had just about given up hope on getting the bank's approval for the sale to go through. She always responded quickly and kept me informed.

I met Janice at an open house and immediately felt a connection with her outgoing personality and wealth of area knowledge. I wound up finding a home being sold directly by the owner that interested me enough to put an offer on. As a former Realtor of 12 years I had every confidence that I cold handle the entire process on my own but I needed advice on what price to offer and approached Janice for comparable property information. Knowing that she wouldn't earn any commission on this sale, Janice took the time to provide me with a detailed list of comparable listings and sales. I made the offer, negotiated the deal and went to attorney review on my own. This deal fell apart and I was devestated - I now had to begin the process of finding my new home all over again! I immediately thought of Janice and called her for help. She patiently showed me every property on the market in the area I desired, some of them more than once. She returned each and every phone call to her quickly and never kept me waiting for an answer. Finally, she found me the perfect property and the offer and negitiation process began. She patiently went back and forth with an abesentee owner and an awful selling broker for two months while holding my hand the entire time. Once the agreement was made, she provided me with all the support I needed to get from contract to inspection to closing. I don't write reviews much but this review was well earned! I can say with confidence (and as a former Realtor with knowledge of this industry) that Janice Hall is not your typical real estate agent. She will go above and beyond and make sure that the whole process is as easy as possible. Her knowlege and caring personality will get you the results you desire. She is a full time, professiona,l Realtor that cares! Sadly for Janice, she did such a good job that I will not be needing her services for a while.
