Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.Summary:
Jane Araguel and team are as good as it gets !!! We are from Atlanta, GA and briefly used a realtor without experience and what a difference it makes. Jane showed us so many homes and better than that knew the ins and outs of Florida Real Estate i.e. appraisals, inspections, insurance, resorts, resales etc... We understand why she is so successful because she does more than just show property. We were able to get a great home for $35K under appraised value and dodge some properties with issues mostly because of her experience. Jane has a team that includes Sarah Wise who is great with dealing with Title , Escrow, Inspections, Work orders and all things for pre closing. Carly St. Peter was great as well and helps Jane show properties. I cannot recommend Jane Araguel and her team enough and thank them for their hard work finding and helping us to close our home. It would have been a huge mistake not to use them especially since we were out of town buyers.…More Less
