Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I have been searching for a home and we we were very pleased to work with Jared. We've dealt with other realors who weren't giving us there all in helping us with our home search. Jared showed us different homes and helped us with the one that we've purchased. Jared is a great person who shows his knowledge in the real estate business. He was prompt and had the answers to the questions we asked. He is a great realtor that would be highly recommended my us. Thanks again Jared... Ernest & Tavie Sampson

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Massillon, OH.
Jared was great to work with. Answered phone calls and texts right away. He took us to about 12 houses in 2 days and was happy to help with any of our requests. The bank had trouble with a scanned copy of our contract and Jared was quick to help get new signed copies form the sellers.

I just bought my first home! Jared Dutton was my real estate agent, and I had a very particular list of things I wanted in my first home.I thought it was going to be a nightmare to find, Jared and his buyers agent specialist Tiffany Manser made my experience wonderful! We must have looked at 50 houses before I found the one that I fell in love with. With Jared and Tiffany by my side the whole experience was amazing! Tiffany kept me up to date every step of the way and her professionalism and personality were a pleasure. I would recommend Jared and Tiffany to everyone I know even those that I don't!

Mr Dutton was vary helpful, prompt and professional! I would highly recommend using Jared Dutton I know I will again and again! If I had a question Jared was right there to answer them, if I had problems or concerns about a property Jared was right there to help me through them and provided me options and gave me his professional opinion!

Bought a home in 2013.
I liked Zillow because i found my realitor it was easy and very helpful to find the houses i wanted to set visits up with. Jared was helpful as a realitor and always getting back to me on time, Zillow really helped us both because i found the type of house that fit my style and he set the visits up to go walk through all of them. All and all i would use Zillow again to find any house. Special thanks to Jared Dutton, Dutton Real Estate Services and Crystal Keefer, Wells Fargo!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Canton, OH.
In general, I tend to be skeptical of realtors and used-car salesmen. I was immediately impressed by Jared. He is sincere, honest and knowledgeable. His attitude was always positive and helpful. He has helped us buy one home and sell another. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely contact him the next time we are ready to buy or sell.

Jared was first to respond to our request online for a realitor. He was very helpful with helping me understand the house i was about to buy. He was there in the beginning and was there at the end when signing the final papers.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Navarre, OH.
This was my first time buying a home and Jared helped make sure it was a smooth process. He helped me communicate with the seller's relator as well as the loan officer for continual updates. He also set up a second opportunity to walk through with the home inspector on my day off to go over any questions I may have had from the home inspection report. I was very impressed with his commitment to service and knowledge regarding the community.

My wife and I met Jared by chance at a home showing and were glad we did. We had been looking for a home and was continually getting steered toward whatever house our agent was listing. As a buyer agent, Jared never wasted our time by showing us a house that didn't meet our needs. He got us into our beautiful house that was in high demand. We were the 3rd couple to view it and still managed to get it at a discount!

We are an Real Estate investment group and have been extremely impressed with Jared Dutton and Dutton Real Estate. We have had numeriouse agents working with us in the Ohio area but are now just exclusively dealing with Jared and his team. We found dealing with Jared a breath of fresh air. He has been a constant professional and extremely honest with us. We have and will be purchasing a substantial amount fo properties with Jared.
