I did everything in my power to find you a home, I showed many homes to you, worked after hours and answered my phone every time you called and also work every weekend. The problem I had was when it came time to place an offer you had said you did not have enough money for your earnest money deposit. When buying a home you need 1,000 for earnest money deposit, 450 for appraisal, 300 for home inspection and 3.5% for a FHA loan, this is the first thing I explain to all my clients up front so they are no surprises. You had told me you had no money at the time, so I told you it’s probably best if you wait until your financial ready. When buying a home you have to be prepared for all these fees, these fees are the same at every mortgage broker you go to. Sorry things didn’t work out. I have been the top agent at my office for the past 4 years and an agent for a very long time. I can help my clients from start to finish and know the metro area very well; I have lived here my whole life.
