Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $275K in University Park, Denver, CO.
I used Jason as my buyers agent to buy my house and could not have been more pleased with the overall experience. He knows real estate inside and out and worked out a great deal for me. I think his personally was a huge asset to the negotiation process, while also making the home buying process enjoyable and straight forward. I would strongly recommend this agent to anyone buying or selling.

Bought a home in 2005.
A local pro. Jason is always available and has extensive knowledge of the local area. As a part owner in a property management company he is also extremely resourceful and knowledgable regarding home valuations, improvement suggestions for adding value to a property, and realistic rental income you could expect.
I have bought with Jason twice and both experiences have been excellent. One property is purely for investment and I chose Jason to manage it. In 6 years we haven't had a single month of vacancy and Jason has successfully negotiated higher rents lease-over-lease.
We highly recommend him.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $325K in Whittier, Denver, CO.
Jason worked dilligently with my wife and me to find our home in Denver. This is our first home purchase and Jason explained the process clearly and in terms that we could easily understand. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new home in the Denver area.
