Bought a home in 2008.
Wonderful Christian woman who truly looked out for us. We were in a rush to purchase a home and tried to make a purchase that she knew wasn't best for us. Rather than merely closing on a speedy sale, she convinced us to wait for the right home. She helped us find the perfect home for less than we would have expected. I'd be afraid to move out of the area because I couldn't take her with me : )

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $350K in Sumter, SC.
We had our house listed with a couple of agents without any activity. Once we listed with Georgia White everything changed. She had several open houses and showings and gave us helpful feedback on what we could change. We were out of state and had the utmost confidence and trust in her. She was extremely professional and helpful. She put as much effort into selling our house as she would in selling her own. Our house sold soon after Georgia took over and we couldn't have been happier. We highly recommend her.

Georgia was a professional in the real estate transaction of my mother's house. I live 2 1/2 hours from Sumter and Georgia handled all of the details of the preparation of the house for the showing, as well as all details of the sale. She was one of the best I have met over the years in South Carolina, as well as North Carolina.
