Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Lewisville, TX.
After a sudden relocation, Jay helped us get everything done to turn a house that was nowhere near ready to sell and get it on the market and sold in the quickest possible time. He helped educate us to the realities of our market -- both the advantages and some tough realities we needed to address. Despite our best efforts we had to leave before the house was ready, but Jay told us, "Don't worry; I'll handle it." And he did.
He is courteous and friendly and -- like his promotional materials say -- "Highly Motivated."

Sold a home in 2011.
My wife and I have worked with Jay Marks for almost four years, as both a Property Manager for a house in Flower Mound we owned and a Realtor for the same property. Jay is someone that I met as a business relationship, but can now call a real friend. We moved from our property in 2008, and even through a very rough housing market, Jay always was able to keep a good tenant for us as a lease. Jay was always on top of any minor home repair issues, and he is able to keep what is your (his client's) best interest front and foremost. We finally decided to sell the property over the summer of 2011, and Jay swore that he would have it sold by September. As always, the man was as good as gold on his pledge finding a buyer for our home at a price that we were very comfortable with. I cannot condense the essence of the friendship Jay and I developed over the past years into a paragraph, nor can I even think of anyone beyond close family who would work as hard to see that things had worked out as well as they did for us. Jay, is truly in a class all his own, and I highly recommend anyone looking for the same kind of realty agent give him a call.
