With my years in the business there is very little that I have not seen or been involved in. In these trying times my experience and knowledge is without a doubt a huge advantage for you....no matter if you are a seller or buyer. Currently most of my business involves Short Sales as they are the most prominent properties at this time. Right now our market is changing - the number of properties for sale are down and also prices are not dropping as fast as fast as they have been. Coupled with low interest rates the time to BUY is now...If you are a seller the time to SELL is now before prices drop more....
