I just bought my first home with Jay. He was very helpful during the whole process. I was so impressed by how responsive he was at any time of day - even when he was on vacation. I recently worked with Jay to purchase my very first home and couldn't be happier with the helpfulness and knowledge Jay brought to make my first time buying a home less painful. Jay went above and beyond to help me get into the right home, being available 24/7, quick to write up paperwork, and quick and clear with his communication on any actions I needed to take. He ensured my understanding of the overall home buying process and was thoughtful in what would work for me and my needs. He helped me in understanding what types of things to look at when viewing a home and was open, honest, and even critical when necessary of places I viewed.
The first home I offered on ended up having the deal fall through very last minute due to several issues with the mortgage advisor I was working with at the time. Jay recommended another lender, Brian Calvo, who was able to help me get better loan terms and who was able to close our deal very quickly in 3 weeks with no headaches or extra effort on my part.
Overall, I can't thank Jay enough for his help in my first home purchase. Although there were issues beyond his control, he went above and beyond to help me get into a home and I felt that he was really passionate and caring of me and my situation. He treated me as I would imagine he would his own family or best friend instead of a customer. I would definitely recommend Jay to anyone I know and will look to work with Jay again when the time comes to buy or sell another home.
Jay is an expert in the area. He knows King Country very well, and in my opinion this is the most important thing you can get from having an agent. He can give you lots of detailed information about the neighborhood and the property that you are seeing.
He is also very organized, and professional. On each viewing he prepares a catalog of properties that you are visiting with very useful information.

Jay was a pleasure to work with. As a first time home owner, buying a home was totally new territory for me. Jay was extremely understanding and helpful, walking me through all the details and explaining the many parts of the process that I was unfamiliar with. His expertise was invaluable throughout, and with Jay’s advice and input I felt that I was able to make intelligent, informed decisions about the various aspects of the venture.
It helped that Jay was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods of the city. I was looking in areas of the city that were not his focus, but he still had in-depth knowledge of the neighborhoods, and his general expertise meant that he could provide useful input regardless.
Best of all, Jay was extremely responsive. He was always quick to respond to emails and texts, even when he was out of town on business or vacation. This was especially important when the time came to actually put together an offer on a house. The areas I was looking at were in high demand, with houses typically staying on the market for days at most. When I found a home that I was interested in, Jay was able to view the house with me at extremely short notice and put together an offer for it.

Jay helped my husband and I buy our first home in Sammamish years ago. To this day, we just absolutely LOVE the home, the neighborhood and especially JAY! The process was so easy, I recall looking at the house, signing papers and then moving in! I wish I could sympathize with people and their nightmare horror stories about buying their first home, but I can't, thanks to Jay!
Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $550K in North Rose Hill, Kirkland, WA.
Jay was recommended to us by some friends, and we're so glad we decided to work with him. We were extremely picky home buyers, and it took us over a year and a half to find a house. Jay was patient with us and continued to provide excellent service throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable, and we trusted his judgment. There were some occasions that we ended up viewing houses with an assistant, but we didn't feel comfortable until we had Jay's opinion. Jay values building a relationship with his clients, and we'd never hesitate to ask him questions even though the home-buying process is over.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Bothell, WA.
Jay has been very helpful in the whole process for selling our condo. He explained all possible questions and concerns that could arise from the buyer, so we were prepared in advance. He has his own photographer who he works with. When we saw our listing, we were very happy. It looked great (which is very important when people look for homes online). The communication was easy and pleasant, and the closing process was very fast and without any surprises. Jay helped us brought our first home. He is very knowledgable about the Seattle area, and can give great advice about the neighborhood, commute time, and future home value.
Whenever we go to see a home together, Jay was like a detective for houses. He was able to find very tiny clues in the house and told us what were the problems and what the previous owner did to fix them. If there is any future problems or great concerns. More importantly, he is very frank about what he saw, and never push us to make an offer. We really appreciate that. So, when we found a house that Jay said he cannot find any major issues about that house, we can almost certain that is a good house.
Jay was always very responsive during entire process. Always reachable through text or email, and he is able to show us houses at the drop of a hat. Even when he is not physically available to show us a house (there was a construction on I90, making it almost impossible for him to come out, which he told us a few weeks ago), he arranged to find one of his real-estate agent friends to show houses to us.
The bidding process for our home is very brutal. Jay acted very fast and helped us to win the home we love and enjoy living in.
