Bought a home in 2012.
Being a first-time home buyer, my experience with Michele has been excellent, smooth and she explained each and every step in detail.
Michele is not just limited to home buying but also has wealth of knowledge when it comes to home construction, building material, interior, exterior, maintenance, location etc. Her extensive knowledge and combined experience helped us zero in on our dream home.
Initially, my wife and I picked up bunch of properties from all over the place (Fairfield, Wayne, Parsippany, Butler) and sent to Michele for her opinion. Michele used to follow-up and reply instantly with further property details before we would see it in person. Call her whenever and she will be always there.
We didn't like any of our personal choice until Michele sent us exactly what we were looking for, which was more than what we expected. Everything after that went so quick that we closed in less than 60 days!(including holidays).
