Judy was the realtor I wished I had the first time I had my house on the market. She represented me in the precise manner in which I wished to be. She understood my needs, my interests, my timing, on what topics I would negotiate and on which I would not and most importantly, she represented MY interests in selling my home, not her own.

Found a tenant for a home.
We have worked with many agents, and we have found Judy is the best. She is very good at communicating with us, and she knows the market very well. She has also been very helpful with referrals for reliable air conditioning companies and roofers and cleaning services.

Contacted Judy by phone...
we discussed and she accurately described properties of interest ...
flew in and previewed 5 homes... we narrowed down the field to the "winner " she had superb insight into the market.... she went thru the negotiations smoothly and with skill...final offer was accepted....closing 4 weeks later went thru without a hitch without me even being present... Judy was wonderful in all respects.
