Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Rexford, NY.
We highly recommend Jennifer. Me and my wife were very pleased to have her as our agent. She helped us to find the type of home we wanted. Her negotiation skill is very impressive. She was having constant communication with the seller agent as well as with us. You can always get in touch with her whenver you want either through phone, email, text, or in person. During our final walkthrough we found some small problem in our house, She took take care of it immediately and managed to get it fixed through the seller. She even helped us to get connected with several local contractors for future fixing/renovating. As a person she is very nice, friendly, and comfortable to deal with.

I was incredibly lucky to have worked with Jen when purchasing my first home. She was highly knowledgeable, down to earth, and always willing to work with my busy schedule. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in Coxsackie, NY.
We have worked with Jennifer two times over the past three years while looking for homes. Both times, we had fantastic experiences with her. She is very knowledgeable about what to look for and helped us find exactly what we wanted. She is a great negotiator and very responsive. She is down to earth, yet very professional .We couldn't have asked for a better agent and if we would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Jennifer!

Sold a home in 2012.
I contacted Jennifer after our high end home had been on the market with another realtor for 5 months. Jennifer got the listing in December (probably the worst season to market a home) and set to work immediately. She didn't ask us to adjust our listing price and hosted weekly open houses. Within three months a buyer was identified and by March the deal was done. Jennifer's enthusiasm for her work and her responsiveness made her a pleasure to work with. Now I need her to open an office in northern Wisconsin so she can help me sell a property I have there.

Jennifer was extremely dedicated to selling our house! She listed the house Feb 1st, and by Feb 28th we had 3 offers and a sale.. Jennifer is professional, sweet, and responsible. She saw that our needs were met as the selller, and we felt that we couldn't be in better hands! We were very satisfied with all she did to promote the house. We would highly recommend Jennifer Olmstead as a Realtor!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Watervliet, NY.
Jen is absolutely great. I had a tight budget with very specific requirements and it took us over a year to find the home I wanted. She showed me house after house and even though I'm sure she got frustrated with me she never showed it. She showed me houses any time of the day and any day of the week that worked with my schedule. She was very professional and has a good understanding of a houses potential and wont hesitate to point out a flaw if she sees one. I highly recommened Jen to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Albany area.

Sold a home in 2012.
Jennifer worked on selling a property for my wife and I. She is extremely motivated and hard working. Very knowledgable about entire process. Made things very easy for us. Calls were always returned right away and she truly seemed to care about working with us. I have already given her name to several people I know and she is currently working with one of them. I highly recommend her and would work with her again with no reservations.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Jen on the purchase of our property in Saratoga Springs. I was overseas when I initially was looking at homes and Jen was responsive, helpful and insightful with all of my queries. She offered to take video footage of some properties so my husband and I would have a head start before moving back. This is the type of thing that sets Jen apart from other realtors I have used in the past; she genuinely cares about finding her clients their dream home. If I am looking to buy or sell property in the future, I will definitely use Jen.

Jennifer was referred to me by another happy home owner, and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. She was more then just a phenomenal Realtor but she was also a great friend. She found me my current home. And helped me from start to finish. She kept up on the house and all my paper work even when her job was "done". She found me exactly what I wanted in my home, and because of her I live in my little piece of paradise. It is heaven to me. Truthful, Honest, Respectful, Courteous, Understanding, and Stubborn when needed. Never pushy or over the top. Always looked out for my best interest. I would recommend her to anyone, and I do.

We would recommend Jennifer in heart-beat! Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Her availability is also another plus, e-mails/phone calls were promptly returned without having to make additional phone calls or re-send emails. Jennifer also took the time to know us, which was extremely helpful when finding our first house.
Jennifers attentiveness to our needs and wants allowed us to move quickly along in the house buying process, weeding out the homes we would not be interested in and showing us homes she knew we would be adding to our list of possibilities. When showings were scheduled, Jennifer was always on time and in the right place. She even devoted entire days sometimes to showing us houses. She worked very hard for us!
When the time came to put offers in and move along with the process, Jennifer was there every step of the way, and even eased our minds when it seemed things weren't going our way. She took the time to explain every step of the process and why things were happening the way they were.
