Jennifer was great - she had a lot of experience to offer with regard to how we should structure our offer. She was also really responsive and ensured we would get an appt as soon as possible to see a house if we were interested - usually the same day that we asked for it.

My husband and I have worked with Jenn on more than one occasion (twice as buyers and once as sellers). We have referred her to friends and family and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She sold our house in two weeks and found us the perfect home twice! While we plan on staying put for awhile, I wouldn't hesitate to call Jenn should we ever decide to move again. What impressed me the most was her ability to make you feel like her only client throughout the entire process. She is great.

Jen helped us to sell our previous home and purchase our current home in 2008. From beginning to end, she was amazing. She was patient with us as we looked, helped us to price our home right in a tough market and ensured the process went through without any issues. She was responsive during the process and even since we finished the purchase, we have contacted her for follow up questions and help and she has has continued to be responsive to us. I have recommended her several times, will continue to and if we are ever in need of another house, she'll be first person we call.

Jennifer's tenacious drive is the reason we are happy in our dream home right now. It was only on the market for three days and she got our offer in first among many others and made the deal happen. Happy at our new home!
Jennifer will guide you through the process of buying and or selling a home. She helped us with both. She is honest, fair, patient and prompt to respond. She is very knowledgeable about the local area. Jennifer was key in helping us through our settlement process when selling our home. We are also using when we purchase a home as well. She will answer all your questions, address concerns and offer sound advice.
Bought a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $250K in Pottstown, PA.
I agree with the other reviewer that gave Jennifer Daywalt a horrible review. We were first time home buyers in 2005 and I never met Jennifer until the day of our settlement. We saw a house with her sign out front and ended up calling her on it. The house was unavailable and we ended up staying with her as she was was going to help us find other houses. The weekend we went to look at houses, she was at the beach and sent her boyfriend, who was not a realtor at that time, to show us three houses.
We signed an agreement on a house that weekend, with her boyfriend, not Jennifer. The appraisal came back negative on the house, but she assured us not to worry as she had a friend in the mortgage business that would help us. She referred us to her friend at Wells Fargo and all of a sudden, the appraisal came back approved. For the inspections, she told us that she couldn't work around our schedule and that we didn't need to be at the inspections. (we were first time home buyers and very naive). We were not told that this house was a homeowner's association as well.
For the walk through, she was "stuck in her driveway" and sent her friend at the mortgage company to assist us. So our walk through was with our mortgage representative NOT our realtor. There were many problems with the house and at settlement, she ended up bringing her two kids to OUR settlement and refused to negotiate the repairs that clearly needed to be done, saying that since it was a seller's market, the seller would not approve and that we were lucky we got a house in a seller's market. Again, this was the first time we MET Jennifer - all of our dealings were with her unlicensed boyfriend and our mortgage representative.
Two years later, I ended up working for another real estate agent as a real estate assistant and realized that the things that Jennifer did in our situation, was completely not the norm. We were taken advantage of because we were naive first time home buyers.
If you are a first time home buyer - stay away - she made her commission and I never heard from her again. But that's ok, since I really only met her once and I will NEVER recommend her to anyone. I will do the complete opposite!

Jennifer Daywalt takes the lead in my book for real estate services. You want her on your side of the table representing you, the seller or the buyer. She is very through, detailed oriented and has a high standard of ethic's. I first met her when she was on the opposite side of the table. She thoroughly guided and protected the buyer through the entire process. Since then Jennifer Daywalt has been my realtor and my recommended choice. If you need realtor services, talk to her, see if she fits your needs and can help you. I did and have no regrets.
Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $250K in Phoenixville, PA.
Jennifer sold our home in a tough market and she sold it in less than 2 weeks! We were preparing to move out of the country for a work assignment and Jennifer made the whole process easy from scheduling showings, to negotiating the offer, scheduling the inspections, and right down to the closing. The experience went so well for us that we came back to Jennifer this summer when we wanted to look at maybe buying a new house in preparation for our return home.
Jennifer was equally as helpful with taking us to see a lot of properties, even though she new there was a good chance we were not going to buy right away, and our schedule was very tight since we only had a couple weeks back home. We did ultimately find a house we wanted to make an offer and again Jennifer was an asset. The offer process started very smoothly, but quickly became more complicated during the inspections. Jennifer was great in helping us work through all the issues even while we were out of the country. She helped take charge of the scheduling and made sure she was at all the subsequent inspections and followed through on all the work that was done. Thanks to her help our closing was on time and without any problems.
I highly reccomend Jennifer. She is very competent at what she does and we were highly satisfied in both our experiences selling and purchasing a home with her. Even though we really hope that we won't ever need the services of a realtor again (at least not anytime soon), if we ever do Jennifer will be the first person we call.

I was really surprised by BRecchi's review. So much so that I wondered if they were talking about the wrong person. Jennifer Daywalt sold me a home when I first moved back to PA around 7 yrs. ago. She worked so hard for me, sending E-mails with listings, calling to touch base with me, and answering all of my questions. It was difficult because I was coming from out of state on the weekends to look at houses, but she always accomodated my timeframe. She did an excellent job of negotiating with the sellers as well. Years later, I asked Jennifer to sell my home, at a time when the market was at it's worst. Due to uncontrollable circumstances, I was desperate to sell at that time, and houses were just not moving. I don't know if anyone else would have ever worked so hard for me as Jennifer did. She was in constant touch with me by phone and by e-mail, and gave me such valuable advice on how to make my home sell more easily. In the end, when I had to lower my price due to the market at the time, Jeniffer even lowered her comission for me. I would recommend her to my friends all the time and I will continue to do so!
