Joseph had served as a Project Manager for a major land development Engineering firm in RI for many years helping land developers transform their vision of community into reality. Some of the projects in which he managed the aquisition, site developement and approval process for are; The American Locomotive Development, Providence, for Struever Brothers; CCRI Campus & New Visions Child Care, Newport, for Church Community Housing and CCRI. He also worked very closely on the Rocky Point proposals, Warwick, for both Toll Brothers and Universal Properties in their attempt to transform Rocky Point into a seaside community.

Joseph has been a Rhode Island resident all his life and is extremely familiar with the communities and municipalities. Several years ago he decided to turn his focus on the residential brokerage side of the business as he has always had a passion for the industry as a whole. He is also aware that real estate involves much more than buying and selling houses. It's the people inside the houses and properties that matter most. Joseph's guiding principles include a commitment to providing personal service that exceeds expectations while maintaining a dedication to the highest professional standards.
