Jon did an awesome job showing us homes we were interested in and he listened to what we were looking for. We ended up only needing to meet with Jon twice to look at homes, he found us a foreclosure in a beautiful neighborhood and it was perfect for us. Since it was a foreclosure, the house needed work, some TLC and Jon went to bat for us while dealing with the bank as the house was in need of some repairs. Jon is very knowledgeable about foreclosures and his background with construction also helped us to really see the potential. Neighborhoods are also Jon's specialty, we weren't exactly sure of where we wanted to be an he helped us to narrow down our search.

Alexandria is amazing. She kept in touch with us as we went through the process of purchasing our home and really made us feel important. I also appreciate the follow up emails we have received since we moved in.

Both Jon and Alexandria go out of their way to ensure you do not feel like a number or just another sale. We are looking forward to inviting the both of them to our house warming this summer as we consider them friends who helped us with a major decision to purchase a home rather than just real estate people who often simply vanish after the ink is dry on a contract.

We would/will work with Jon and Alexandria in the future and would recommend them to our friends/family and anyone who is looking for a dynamic real estate team.

Jon is a great realtor, and as my buyer’s agent, he recently helped me with the purchase of my beautiful new mountain property. Not only is Jon extremely proficient with typical realtor duties—targeting properties, price negotiation, contractual and process advisement, etc—but he also has the added advantage of his extensive construction background. This background proved very useful when looking at mountain properties, where construction styles, ages of homes, and internal heating/water/electrical systems vary greatly. Jon provided honest and meaningful advice on these differences which really enabled me to critically evaluate and compare properties. The more you know, the more comfortable the buying process becomes, and Jon can give insight that I feel most other realtor’s cannot provide. I would recommend Jon to anybody buying a home.
