Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $675K in Brisbane, CA.

Joel Diaz and his partner, Bonnie Boswell went above and beyond to make our home buying experience a positive one.

They seemed to know just what we like and sent us relevant listings in Brisbane, which we adore as it's a little piece of almost rural heaven just a few miles from the city of San Francisco.

My husband and I were neophytes in the world of real estate but Bonnie and Joel explained the process clearly, always available to meet, talk or allay our concerns.

I strongly believe that we would not have been lucky enough to get the house of our dreams if not for their guidance. They heped us find a great broker when things weren't working out with our bank loan, they fixed things up and even got us a stove at their expense for the appraisal, they met with us and helped with the title company.

Joel EVEN came over here after our purchase and helped with a leak one night!

Bonnie and Joel also know the property in Brisbane extremely well. Joel used to be a contractor so can alert one to problems with house structure and has even built a lot of homes in the Brisbane area.

They knew what we should offer to make sure that we would get the house and kept us abreast of all issues along the way.

I would recommend them highly. They are go getters and that is what you need in this economy with so little availability in the market and prices soaring.

They will work hard for you! And they have been here for us after the purchase also which is comforting and so helpful. They found us amazing guys to install tiling, do plumbing and so much more, they also put us in touch with a fabricator for a counter top beyond compare, gave us ideas for where to get cabinets for our kitchen and numerous other helpful information.

Bought a home in 2012.

Joel was our realtor when we bought our house in Brisbane. He is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. With all his help we were able to close in a month and when it came time to finish up on an agreed upgrade, he was great with completing the work at a later more convenient time for us. I’d recommend working with Joel if you find a house he is representing because he knows his stuff and does a great job of keeping you in the loop during the process.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $700K in Brisbane, CA.

Joel and his partner Bonnie helped my wife and I purchase a new home in Brisbane and then helped us sell our TIC in San Francisco. We couldn't have been happier with our choice to have them represent us. Joel and Bonnie were very professional and were great at explaining each step of the process. In addition to being great realtors Joel also has his contractors license and so was able to provide valuable opinions as to the structural integrity of properties along with educated guesstimates of how much it would cost to make improvements which helped us determine offer prices that took into consideration the total cost of ownership and not just upfront costs.
