Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Waxhaw, NC.
Joe is very knowledgeable with the real estate market and his main objective is to serve his client to the best of his abilities. He was always available to show any home of our choice. My wife and myself were very complicated clients and despite our lack of making a final decision on a home, Joe continued to exercise patience with us until we finally nailed the home that met our needs. Multiple offers were placed on our home and the probability for our offer to be considered was a matter of chance and I could see Dumizo's Machine in action. Joe exercised his negotiating skills and secured our home for us. Any questions we had, Joe was ready for an answer. The worst nightmare, was financing the loan, Dr Joe was there to lead us to the right lender. Joe is a dedicated and devoted agent and I recommend him to any home buyer out there. Joe will make your dreams come true.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Coulwood West, Charlotte, NC.
I very much enjoyed working with Joesph. I ended up with a great home in a beautiful neighborhood.
For a first-time home buyer, having an agent who could explain the process, in a way that was easy to understand, was very important.
He is kind, honest and very responsive...both are important in an customer service/sales driven environment.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $450K in Waxhaw, NC.
Joseph Dumizo was my buyer's agent for this home. He also helped to show me various homes in the area that was of interest to me. He is a very knowlegeable, thoughtful and commited to detail agent. He was always available to show me a home and did not try to sell me one he knew did not meet my criteria. He always asked for my opinion on something before he made a proposal to the seller on my behalf. He kept me abreast of what is going on with dialy phone calls, e-mails and text messages. he represented me interest in his dealings with the sellers agent. he is extremely dedicated to his clients. Without his dedication and knowledge of the local housing market trends, I will not have been able to buy this home.I will strongly recommend him to any body who is in search of a home or a buyers agent.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Hidden Valley, Charlotte, NC 28213
The connection was average, he met us at the home, showed us the home, however his resources never returned our call concerning financing. Ultimately the home I desired was purchased by someone else, yet I never found out if I was qualified. Disappointing experience.
