As a listing agent, my goal is to have multiple offers with a strong back up, ready to go. That is how a seller has all the power in the transaction.  I am a tough negotiator on either side of the table.

Jamie worked double hard for my house. I had a knee replacement scheduled when the deal started. Due to a difficult loan situation things dragged and I ended up in the hospital when things really got moving. Needless to say I was down and out. Jamie pulled out all the stops and got everything moving, inspections, paper work, etc... I was really impressed with all the effort she put into this purchase. And not only that she was concerned for my health and comfort to boot. Jamie´s the best.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in San Leandro, CA

Jamie assisted me when I became interested in buying a condo. In the end I decided to not purchase a condo, but I feel it is necessary to acknowledge the hard work Jamie put into the process. She works in a very professional and prompt manor, always willing to go the extra mile for her clients. I appreciate the hard work she put into the deal, and will be sure to return to Jamie when I am again in the hunt for real estate.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in South Sundale, Fremont, CA.

I've been struggling to find a house for a long time in Fremont. That was with another Agent. I kept getting my offers declined or there were better offers than mine.

My girlfriend at that time told me that we should try giving Jamie a chance. I gave it a shot and I'm really happy I did. The first house I saw, I feel in love. Made an offer and BAM! Got it.

I learned more from Jamie than I did in 5 years' time with another Agent. Jamie is awesome.

She was very patient with us, we're probably her first Deaf clients and she handled it very well.

Jamie was the kind of Agent I wish I had long time ago to begin with.

Jamie is just so resourceful. I learned so much from her.

There was a lot of obstacle through the home-buying process. She was holding our hands all the way, thwarting most issues that I'm thankful for.
