Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Clarkston, MI.

Listing with Jeff Glover & Associates was ideal for me! Jeff was out to see me a day after we called him. He was warm, honest and easy to deal with. His assistant, Terry Kerrigan, was the go to person for all my questions. She responded to everything I emailed or texted her immediately and her responses were always clear to me especially because I have never sold a home on my own! The closing agent was experienced and professional. My home sold very quickly! Overall, my experience was wonderful! I would recommend them to any one!  More Less

I just want to take the time to share my experience with Jeff Glover & Associates. Buying a home can be a very stressful experience, however, when working with Jeff Glover & Associates, they did such a great job of making it a smooth process. My agent Nicole Randall was amazing. She was extremely helpful throughout the WHOLE process. She was very responsive in any and all communications. She always made time for me, especially for showings. What stood out to me the most, however, was how she genuinely cared that I found a great fit for my home (which I did and couldn't be happier). Overall, it was stressful at times, but not because of the agency, they made the stressful times easier. :)  More Less

Bought a home in 2013.

When I bought a house on 2013, I was a decent experience. But the purchase process it wasn't too much help because I was the one that I investigated prices around the houses neighbors thank you to Zillow, after a week the agent hand me over the prices of similar houses but it didn't helped to much because I already made my bet. I was too much pressure to sign the paper to buy it so the time to do inspection was a week, closing also was too short time, the inspector did some recommendation but with that period of time (1 week) I couldn't check with a contractor fixes's cost, I was expecting to do more inspection to the house so I let know to the agent and the agent din't help me to negotiate more time instead give me pressure to buy the house, look like the agent was more in the side of the seller than my side, but so far the house is in good shape. Overall a pleasant experience, because the agent was very friendly but I think a better guidance good be better and better negotiation skills  More Less
