My listing had expired with another realtor. Received several rude and harassing cold calls from this business. Made appointment to blow them off in person and they didn't show.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Redford, MI.

Lots of good things to say about John Janosik our agent and only one area I think improvement could occur. The good: 1. Great system of selling a home, he will price the home properly and get offers . 2. He has a depth of experience and is a knowledgeable professional agent. Area of improvement: Communication - we would call / text / email and it would take a long time hear back and at times when we talked he was rather short. Overall you will be pleased. Our home was a VA / FHA nightmare to sell and we John got it done.  More Less
