Bought a home in 2011.
Jeff provided us with lots of lead up information prior to our visit to the Denver area, and was happy to tailor his support to our circumstance, rather than visa-versa. His local knowledge, particularly within the Littleton/Highlands Ranch/Parker area was outstanding and he was able to help sort out the myriad of available neighborhoods quickly. We ended up putting in an offer on a property, and Jeff was able to provide us with detailed comparative market analyses for nearby properties so that we were able to understand the value of the home in the present market. His advice was useful during the negotiations (although I didn't always take it, which he accomodated as well). He was responsive at all times, and provided useful recommendations for other service providers (although, again, I didn't always take his recommendation).…More Less
