My name is Jeff Larkin. I have been a Central Oregon resident for 40 years. Within those 40 years I have been involved with the Livestock and Ranch industry. Ranching has always been my passion. I have experience in ranch management and all phases of the livestock industry. In 1989 I entered the construction field. After working for a general contractor building custom homes and commercial buildings, I decided it was time to go out on my own. I took my knowledge of construction and passion for ranching and combined the two to form an Agricultural Development business. For the past 20 years I have owned and operated a company that has employed up to 30 employees.
As a company we pioneered a simple concept that took the industry into new heights. Our Agricultural Development niche that we have formed includes irrigation and land development, crop production, building of very elaborate equestrian centers, and custom homes of the old west design. I have been in the Real Estate industry for 18 years from the investment side. As an Agent whether you are buying or selling I am confident to represent you in all your Real Estate investments. My experience includes Land use planning, Conditional use permits, Construction, and Design .
I have experience in income and investment properties, Rural and Ranch properties, Commercial and private use Horse properties, Recreational and Hunting properties, Custom homes, RV and Mobile Home parks, Mini Farms, Nursery properties, and last but not least Lake and Water front properties.
