Jeff Appel's passion for real estate began after he purchased his first home in the late 1980's and sold it in a matter of months at a considerable profit. Frustrated by the search for an expert mortgage professional, Jeff became a Real Estate Broker and launched his own full service real estate sales and mortgage firm in Los Angeles which he successfully operated for nearly a decade.
