Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in New Albany, IN.
My husband and I finally decided to jump into home ownership and Jen was absolutely amazing in helping us to find the perfect home! We both knew what we wanted and Jen went out of her way to help us find it. She never gave up on us, even when it took us a while to find that perfect house. When we did find the perfect house; which was in the process of foreclosure, she worked her magic to help us be the first people to see the house once it was on the market and to be the first people to put our offer in. Not only did we get the house of dreams but we were able to do it on budget. Jen was energetic, willing to help with anything, and extremely knowledgeable. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Sellersburg, IN.
Jen was delightful to work with. She was patient and never complained about my calling her whenever I had a question no matter when it was she always took time to respond. If she didn't know the answer, she'd find out! Our house sold in about 4 weeks. She is dedicated and willing to go the extra mile to take care of all the in's and outs of selling. Then buying; she took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for before taking us out to look at houses. She found us our perfect home in a short period of time.
